Digital Strategists are expected to fully understand social media marketing and have the ability to successfully manage and navigate client accounts and relationships. Strong internal relations, detailed account planning, attention to detail, time management and writing skills are expected. These team members must master online platforms for content creation, calendar upload and ongoing management of communications on behalf of client base. Strategists are responsible for adapting and applying creative solutions during challenging situations, managing project deadlines and multiple moving elements. A Digital Strategist can lead a project or be included as a supporting asset for a team. Strategists work with a diverse client base and are assigned at the discretion of senior management with the success of the client and BowStern at the heart of that decision. When not working on client assignments, Strategists work on supporting nonprofit organizations in the communities we serve.
