Chinese Investors Sought For U.S. RV Resorts

Recreation Lifestyle Marketing Practices And Investment Opportunities The Focus Of Presentation In Beijing

(Tallahassee, Fla)  Representatives from BowStern, a marketing firm specializing in the recreation lifestyle industry, announced today they have been invited to make a presentation on marketing best practices in Beijing on Aug. 9, 2012. The team will feature completed projects in the United States as well as emerging trends and consumer research. In addition, shovel-ready projects in the U.S. will be featured for Chinese investors. Two RV shows take place in Beijing the week of August 6.

“We are thrilled and honored to be invited to the international stage,” Tom Derzypolski, President of BowStern says. “The recreation lifestyle is taking off around the globe and the Chinese are truly embracing it as they explore their beautiful country. We look forward to sharing best practices with this group and presenting investment opportunities for projects here in the United States.”

The Chinese are hitting the road and numerous reports indicate there are over 1,000 RV resorts currently under construction. The 2012 Beijing RV shows provide a great platform for individuals to learn more about this new lifestyle and way of travel.

In addition to the emerging love for the recreation travel lifestyle, China is creating more millionaires than anywhere in the world and 60,000 of them are considered in the super-rich category with an average age of 43. While the recreation lifestyle is booming at home, 90 percent of these individuals traveled overseas last year, and by 2015 the Chinese will spend $190 billion traveling abroad. This group has demonstrated interest in investing in resorts around the globe.
